Homeowners learn about the systems' condition for informed decision-making.
Water Testing
Water quality testing is a specialized laboratory test that checks a home’s water supply for contaminants and pollutants, such as Nitrate, lead, and coliform bacteria. Testing can also reveal chemical imbalances of the pH, and other attributes, such as hardness. Testing ensures that the home’s water is potable and safe for everyday use.

Floorplans are great for investors or homeowners that want to better understand the layout of the home, or plan for where the furniture will go. Electrical Mapping is an add-on to the floorplan that will identify where all the lights, outlets and electrical devices are located and what breakers they are connected to. This helps understand if certain circuits are overloaded or provide guidance of where to turn off power to a certain circuit.
Infrared Inspections
Infrared inspections use specialized cameras to detect heat patterns and identify potential issues before they worsen, preventing costly failures, breakdowns, fires, and reducing utility costs and carbon emissions.
